Some people will attempt to sell their home and have the buyer "take over" the payments. In most cases, this is in violation of the agreement–most loans have a "due on sale" clause that would require the loan be paid off. If the lender finds out, it could declare the loan in default and accelerate the payments. If the loan paid off, then the lender would foreclose.

You could do one of these deals but be aware you are in violation of the loan. However, if you later default, its not on your credit–it is still the credit of the original borrower.

Be very careful if you try to do one of these deals.

E.g. paying a car loan of $300/month. In the early months of the loan, that loan payment will be less than $50 towards the principal, and most goes to interest. So pay an extra $300 that is applied strictly to principal, and just think of how many of interest you just saved. Note that if you do not specify that extra payment is "principal-only" then it can be considered "prepaid interest" which is a whole lot better for the bank than for you.

When in doubt, read your contract. It is all spelled out right there.

Three words of advice, GET OVER YOURSELF.

It may sound cliche but my advice for you would be to just be yourself. If not interested in Jersey Shore and rap music, join in conversations about such. But if you are interested in what discussing, feel free to join in. If you have nothing to say, just say anything. Or better yet, if becoming bored of having no one to talk to, you can show off a little. Just think of something good at, or something interested in. This way, easily attract people who have similar interests as you. If not interested, and if they call you weird or egghead or anything, you can always think of them as "anti-intellectual" or "narrow-minded" or whichever title you prefer, but just keep it to yourself and be respectful towards them! Only tell them if they ask for your honest opinions about them, but be sure to provide objectively reasonable justifications.

Also, quite off topic, but also a fan of the MBTI. I know not perfect, but I think my archetype (INTP) REALLY fits me well, and same goes for people I know who have also taken the test. It was also what helped me accept our natural differences as they are and understand that the world needs all 16 archetypes to function properly.

Something went horribly wrong here… you should have gotten a summons to appear in and defend yourself. Looks like you were a "no show" and the debt collector got his full judgement request.

Had you appeared in the outcome would have been different. A judge can rule that you need to pay back x-amount a month and your creditors have to accept that. Instead… you respond to the summons and they got what they wanted in full and that means the right to raid all of your bank accounts to pay back the debt.

If you were not served by summons then go back to and fight against the judgement.
P.S. Get a lawyer… you will need it.

I tried looking this up on Google, but was unable to find anything that describes what counts as a literary reference. But, in general, I think it is safe to say that anything that refers to literature or its writers would count as a literary reference.

Plan ahead and get your references in order, before you need them. It will save time scrambling to put together a list at the last minute. But if you are laying odds to Place, that is a losing proposition over time. Just from my own statistical analysis on U.S. tracks I can tell you that odds-on Favourites come in at least third 90% of the time. In most larger fields (as would be typical in the UK rather than in some U.S. tracks) it is the horses with the lowest odds at race-time plus those that are the heaviest underlays (or are bet the most) that generally outperform. Of course keeping an even bet is the only way to go, as by risking a larger bet at the wrong time could destroy the profits from several past successful bets.

My analysis is predicated on the horse being odds-on at Post time and not by the line before race-time; that is because if the odds go up the horse is much less likely to win, unlike longshots when a lot of unexpected things can happen and consequently a lot of longshots can win after they have been neglected by the public – especially sweet to your system when they just edge out that odds-on Favourite!
